Events Coordinator / Project Lead - Ecological Landscapes Exhibit, Flower & Garden Expo 2025

Home Earth Alliance is seeking a part-time and temporary events coordinator/project lead for our annual Ecological Landscape exhibit at the upcoming Flower & Garden Expo March 27-29. If you have creative ideas and experience managing projects, this short-term paid position may be perfect for you! Applicants should be able to:

  • Work closely with the design and education teams

  • Help to visualize and plan creative and educational elements of the exhibit

  • Develop and manage a project plan and timeline

  • Manage a simple budget and expenditures

  • Schedule and coordinate volunteers

  • Supervise the exhibit setup March 23 - 26 and dismantling March 29 - 31

  • (Preferred) Background in the creative arts, experiential education, and/or environmental studies

Compensation commensurate with start date and experience provided. Project starts immediately through first week or two of April.
