Home Earth Alliance is proud to join the Delaware-Ostego Audubon Society to present H.E.L.P - The Habitat & Ecosystems Land Pro certification program.

Co-taught by Kate Brittenham, Home Earth Alliance co-founder and author of Designing Gardens with Flora of the America East, this training will cover a full range of topics, including:

  • Environmentally-friendly practices in managed landscapes

  • Local native plants

  • Soil types, geological area and eco-regions

  • Ecological design principles and natural climate solutions

  • Monetizing and incentivizing the new ecological landscaping model

  • Requirements for CEUs and endorsements.

This training is intended for:

  • Landscape professionals

  • Landscape architects

  • Municipalities or parks agencies

  • Upstate NY and the surrounding regions

  • Students in a landscape professional programs

  • Master gardeners and hobbyists
